DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING
Soy Beans need to be sorted to ensure no seeds split in transit remain to possibly rot. Rinse seed 2 hrs.giving 2 changes of water. Use lukewarm water for soaking to ensure good germination. These seeds absorb a lot of water. When double in size drain, rinse well and place in a large container (they swell a lot) and rinse 3-6 times daily. In 2-5 days they are edible at 1-3 cm long.
