BROCCOLI SEEDS FOR SPROUTING and MICROGREENS

For microgreens use a tray lined with a fine seed raising mix and spread the seeds thickly and coverwith a thin layer of soil or mix.

Depending on the time of year the seeds will take 7-14 days to reach the stage where they are beginning to form the first true leaves.

They can now be cut and eaten.

To sprout BROCCOLI seeds they first need to be soaked 4-8 hrs.

Sprout in a jar, sprouter, bag, tray or on a saucer.

You will need to rinse them 2-3 times each day and they will be edible in 5-7 days.

Consume the sprouts when the shoots reach 2-5 cm long. use in salads, sandwiches, pita, coleslaw, sauerkraut, in condiments, pesto, and as a garnish or made into a juice.
