CRESS, LANDCRESS, American Upland.
This cress variety has glossy smooth edged dark green leaves that will grow to 20cm but are best picked at around 10cm and before flowering occurs which makes them much stronger in taste. It makes a great addition to soups, salads, and many traditional European style dishes. Try it in stir-fries and be amazed at how great they taste.
